Boy gets Arrested at Day Care Centre

An uncontrollable autistic boy who has been flipping tables and chairs at Fairbank Memorial Day care Centre near Dufferin Street and Eglinton Avenue West has been arrested by the police. Fairbank Memorial Daycare Centre is a non-profit operation based out of a Toronto school which serves children who are 6-months to 12-years old
Toronto police is now under pressure and defending their decision for arresting a child with special needs after he reportedly threw a tantrum at his day care. As per Kwong officers arrived at the day care to find that the young boy had barricaded himself in a separate room using tables and chairs. Paint was strewn across the facility.
Kwong claims that the boy was upset because other children at the day care were making fun of him.
